We offer a bespoke outsourced payroll service – tailored to suit each client’s individual requirements.
Our payroll packages for all of clients include:
- Preparation of payroll for each period covering all pay frequencies - weekly, fortnightly four weekly, monthly or annual
- All payroll calculations including PAYE tax and national insurance
- Statutory payments such as statutory maternity pay (SMP), shared parental leave, adoption leave and statutory sick pay (SSP)
- Processing any other deductions such as loans, pension contributions etc.
- Ongoing amendments/starters/leavers
- Handling overtime and timesheet data
- Administer Court Orders such as attachment of earnings and earnings arrestments
- Payslips delivered to employees via secure portal
- Reports delivered by secure portal to employer
- Advising the amount to be paid each month for tax and national insurance to HM Revenue and Customs
- Submission of RTI information during the tax year to HMRC for payrolls processed including notification of starters and leavers on the payroll
- P45s for leavers in the tax year and annual P60s for employees delivered to employees by secure portal
- Calculation of pension contributions for employer and employee.
- Administration of auto enrolment (AE) pension schemes including postponement of enrolling employees into a qualifying workplace pension scheme.
- Upload of pension contributions to pension provider

- Payment of salaries by bacs
